You will need to scroll down to fill out the form. When you do you will not be able to see the graph any more. If you have not been provided a printout you can:
1. Highlight just the graph and go to File -> Print and then choose Print Selection (if you have access to a printer). This will allow you to see the graph while you are filling out the form.
2. Use the Page Up/Page Down keys to view the graph and enter your answers. It seems a little easier than scrolling.
